How can I earn coupons?

You can earn coupons by participating in our Refer-A-Paw program! Simply share your referral code across various platforms, it’s that easy! Once your friends use your referral code, you will receive coupons.

What can I redeem my coupons for?

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy to redeem your coupons. For each friend that uses your referral code, you will receive a $5 off coupon that can be used towards your next Activa Custom purchase.

How do I redeem my coupons?

Redeeming your coupons couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'My Coupons' tab to view all of our available coupons and redeem them in store.

How do I check what coupons I have earned?

Your up-to-date coupons is always displayed on the "My Coupons" page.

Will I be able to combine these coupons with the buy 2 get 1 free?

Yes! You will be able to use your coupons towards our widely popular buy 2 get 1 free deal on Activa.

Will I still receive proof of purchases for my Activa purchase(s) when I apply a coupon?

Yes! You get your proof of purchases in conjunction with our Refer-A-Paw program.

Does the Refer-A-Paw cost anything?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything .

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill register and we'll post any coupons you earn to your account immediately!

How long will it take for coupons to post to my account?

You should receive a coupon in your account instantly once your referral code has been used by a friend!

Do my coupons expire?

Nope! Your coupons will never expire.
